The New York Credit Union Association released its annual Membership Survey today, and all Association-member credit unions are encouraged to complete it.
The Association will use the feedback collected to measure successes, understand areas that may need improvements and plan for the years to come.
Association President/CEO William J. Mellin emailed the survey link to member credit unions Tuesday morning, saying that “the importance of this survey cannot be overstated: The Association’s leadership uses the feedback we receive to guide our strategic direction; make improvements to our operations and offerings; and improve our value proposition to New York’s credit unions.”
