Complimentary 2021 Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering training is available on demand to credit unions. The NCUA requires BSA/AML training each year for credit union personnel.

As a benefit of New York Credit Union Association membership, this requirement can be satisfied by participating in the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering & OFAC Basics on-demand webinar. This webinar is designed for credit union staff and board members who need to complete their yearly BSA/AML training.

This session will cover:

•           BSA and AML regulations and reporting requirements;

•           CTRs, SARs, 314(a), 314(b) and member identification programs; and

•           OFAC.
