Buffalo Service Credit Union has been named to Buffalo Business First’s best places to work list.
The top workplaces list is based on a third-party employee engagement survey and measures six key engagement categories focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic and trust in leadership. To gather statistically sound results companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation based on total number of employees.
According to the survey results, some of the employee comments about BSCU included:
