Here’s how your CU can learn about clean energy financing options

Is your credit union interested in providing members with clean energy financing options? New York Credit Union Association members are invited to a complimentary webinar at 10 a.m. on June 10 on clean energy financing opportunities that are available in the state, presented by the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Participants will learn about the fundamentals of clean energy financing, including the benefits and risks, and hear about New York state’s and other programs and what other financial institutions are doing. 

Participants will hear from:

  • Neda Arabshahi, director, Center for Resiliency and Clean Energy, Inclusiv;
  • John Joshi, director, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority;
  • Bill Peterson, senior lending officer, Amalgamated Bank; and
  • Moderator Yue (Nina) Chen, director of sustainability and climate initiatives, DFS.

This webinar is designed for New York State community and regional banks and credit unions, but other New York State regulated institutions are welcome.
