Credit union leaders are invited to join an upcoming discussion exploring the strategic choices credit unions are making, as part of CUNA Mutual Group’s new Discovery Webinar Series. Discovery webinars will aim to deliver the same caliber of topics and speakers as those presented at CUNA Mutual Group’s annual conference, but take deeper dives.

The webinar, “Making Strategic Choices for Growth,” is set for 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13, and will be based on responses to three questions from the book, “Playing to Win: How Strategy Really Works,” including the following questions:

• where will we play;
• how will we win; and
• what capabilities must be in place.

A panel moderated by Becki Hagerman, VP, sales specialist, at CUNA Mutual Group, will share their perspectives on the growth challenges credit unions face today, what conclusions they took away from this research and what strategic choices are working to drive growth at their credit unions.
