Credit unions from the Central New York Chapter recently donated dozens of toys, crafts, and gift cards to the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Funds for the items were raised during the chapter’s annual clambake, which was held Sept. 19 in North Syracuse.

The New York Credit Union Association will hold a rally during International Credit Union Week, in an effort to raise credit union awareness. The rally will be held Oct. 17 at 10:30 a.m. at the state Capitol in Albany.
During the event, the Association will unveil a document that reaffirms the New York credit union movement’s commitment to members and their communities.
The New York Credit Union Association will be raising awareness during International Credit Union Week with a statewide advertising campaign through Gas Station TV. The campaign will reach more than 450 GSTV locations in every corner of the state—for an estimated 1.5 million impressions—during the week.
